Plane tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure, but no later than February 6, 2006.
Travel may begin on February 7, 2006, except between New York-La Guardia, NY (LGA) and New Orleans, LA (MSY) where travel may begin on February 16, 2006. All travel must be completed by April 5, 2006.
Blackout Dates: February 17, 18, 20, 25, 26, 2006 except to/from Hawaii for which blackout dates do not apply.
