- Plane tickets must
be purchased by
August 18,
2006.
- A 14-day advance
purchase is required for travel within North America
and a 7-day, 14-day or 21-day advance purchase is
required for international travel.
- Travel Dates:
North America Travel: Travel must be completed by
November 16, 2006.
Europe Travel: Travel is permitted between September
11 and October 31, 2006 or between December 17 and
December 25, 2006.
Asia Travel: Travel to Asia between August 21, 2006
and September 30, 2006. All travel must be completed
by October 30, 2006.
