- Complete travel by August 17, 2008.
- Itinerary must include travel between Denver (DEN) and Maui
(OGG) on United nonstop flights 70-71.
- Travel is valid on Mon-Thur; travel on other days of the
week is slightly higher.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required and a maximum stay of 60
days permitted.
